I have done it the hard way. Instead, I have modified a Chinese Taoist method of Judgement of thoughts and emotions. The method helps you to sort out who you are. Organize your thoughts. And systematically let go of influences, programming, and the energetic astral that we come in contact every day.

This is needed for awakening to our spirituality, as well as the ground floor basics of developing magical practices.

This methodology provides a foundation for you to do Shadow Work or Internal Alchemy.
