Mind, Body, and Emotion in Balance create Spirit. Life, Love, and Truth in Harmony create Integrity. Spirit and Integrity create Soul
These are the principles that I live and teach by.

How do you describe me? And what is this name about?

Would it matter if I told you my first memories were when I was 2? I saw 2 supernatural artifacts, orbs spinning around a center that was spinning, gold with scintillating dots. It took me to the age 50 of understanding what they are.

My family was into liberal politics, each side with a generational curse that I’d eventually had to overcome. My Father and Grandfather went to a Spiritualist church at some time. My Mother’s mother taught her how to read palms barely and gave it up when she read that a friend was going to pass soon. My Parents were from the depression era. My Father, Grandfather, and Brother were involved with Civil Rights movement, signing people up to vote, part of the marches, and politically active in New York. My Father ran for Governor and my Mother for Saratoga county sheriff.

When your Uncle, Father and Grandfather die within 5 months, it is traumatic enough. 2 weeks later my Grandfather’s ghost came to say goodbye. Then I saw local fae called noggins observing me.

At 13, I started meditating and doing basic energy work from Evan Went’s book “Tibetan Yoga”. Living in a gang ridden, and bullied by those kids and their parents neighborhood, it was crazy. My mother’s neuroticism wanting me to be a daughter she never had, and be a non-stop servant in the household (reflection of her life with her mother), I joined the Baptist church with the kids who weren’t part of the gangs. There hypocrisy was the byword. At 14 I did a 40 plus day progressive fast praying for the wisdom of god. Be careful what you wish for. Unlike Solomon, I needed to ask for power, but didn’t think of it.

Adventures, experiences, trials, ordeals, spiritual practices along with many books read and absorbed, to start. In the process, I have found a set of practices that I’ve dovetailed together without any influences from religions, for psychic, spiritual and energetic development.

Today I am retired from the IT industry. I have been teaching classes for the past 20 or more years. I have done psychic readings for 50 years. I am one of the founders of People Embracing Change, a church, a coven, and a tribe. We support a local organization called North Georgia Solitaries supporting the area solitary and adventuring pagan group members for shared Sabbats for the wheel of the year.

In the years I have left, I wish to teach what I have learned and support those who are walking their own spiritual paths. Moreover, I would love to help build a social paradigm to create sustainable tribes. Sadly we humans have been so isolated we have become socially stunted. In my blogs, vlogs perhaps you will get to know me better or at least give you food for thought and nuggets to grow by.
