How do I get rid of a negative entity attachment blocking my head & heart chakras? (I’ve felt an entity attached to my chakras draining me. It’s harmful as I went thru loss & can’t process it bc the entity blocks my chakras when I try to)
Not sure as to all of your personal circumstances are. I can only speak from my experiences and that of others.
9 out of 10, people have blockages in their body and chakras from past traumas or other behaviors. Chances are the way you need to process something, you have blocked yourself from doing so in the past as a protection, boundary or as trauma response. This needs to be addressed first. You may need a therapist, counselor or a good friend to work through that.
Whether it is a block, an emotional wound, or an entity the past issues need to be resolved. Past issues, traumas, or trauma responses, may leave psychic wounds that feed entities. Dealing with the issues, where you free yourself of that, will starve said entity. For me I would meditate and any thought or emotion that comes up, I’d judge to be mine, or not mine. If it is not mine, let it go. If it a thought or emotion comes up that is yours or your not sure, ask your subconscious what is that from. Bag it label it, eventually you will get enough together where you can face the source of the issue head on. Changing how you feel and what actions and boundaries you can do.
Entities tend to reinvoke the trauma and look forward to your standard response to feed from. Then you know what to work on.
